Love Letter: Living in My University’s Library

One summer, instead of paying for expensive on-campus housing, Elizabeth Chang decided to live in her university’s library.

She would shower at her university’s gym, brush her teeth in the library’s bathroom and then curl up on one of its couches for the night.

This ritual would have likely continued without incident, if not for the note she found in her shoe one morning: “You were so gorgeous while you were sleeping. Call me.”

I hope you will enjoy her essay as much as I did.
